In Disney's Camp Rock 3, the finalists must stay on the camp bus for 24 hours.
The bus challenge is introduced as the competition's final challenge before Final Jam. Lark tells the remaining contestants that they must remain inside the bus for a full day, making endurance and cooperation part of the selection process.
During the challenge, Sage, Desi, Fletch, Rosie, and Cliff bond and perform an improvised song together. Their performance is secretly recorded by Madison, who leaks it online in an attempt to damage the competition and the finalists' chances.
The 24-hour bus challenge is separate from the later Final Jam performances. Final Jam is the stage event where Connect 3 judges the finalists, while the bus task tests how the contestants handle pressure and living together. The two events are therefore not alternate names for the same challenge.
