In Diablo II, which class begins with the ability to raise skeletons?

The Necromancer is the Diablo II class associated with raising skeletons.

Necromancers use dark magic and can summon undead creatures from corpses. Their skill tree includes Skeleton Mastery and Raise Skeleton, allowing a player to build an army that fights alongside the character.
