In Assassin's Creed Syndicate, which twin is the older brother and playable Assassin in Victorian London?

The story behind the answer

Jacob Frye is the older Frye twin and a playable Assassin in Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

Jacob and his twin sister Evie leave Crawley for London in 1868, during the Industrial Revolution. Jacob is impulsive and focuses on building the Rooks, a gang that helps challenge Templar control across the city. Evie is more methodical and concentrates on locating an important Piece of Eden. Players can switch between the twins for much of the campaign, and each has distinct skill specializations.

Syndicate was released in 2015 and presents a fictionalized Victorian London containing locations such as Westminster, the City of London, and the Thames. Jacob is older than Evie, but both are central protagonists, which is why answers naming Evie can seem plausible. Lydia Frye is a later descendant who appears in a bonus sequence set during the First World War, not the main Victorian campaign.
