Pokémon Scarlet and Violet let players complete three separate story routes.
The routes are Victory Road, Path of Legends, and Starfall Street. They can be pursued in a flexible order rather than forcing every player through one strictly linear campaign.
Victory Road centers on Gym battles and the pursuit of Champion rank. Path of Legends follows the search for Titan Pokémon and Herba Mystica, while Starfall Street focuses on confronting Team Star’s bases.
After completing the three routes, players unlock The Way Home, a fourth and final story route that brings the main narrative together. Scarlet and Violet are set in Paldea and were the first core Pokémon games built around a fully open world.
