The 2026 Cincinnati Open women’s doubles draw listed 8 seeded teams.
The seeds ranged from No. 1 Kateřina Siniaková and Taylor Townsend to No. 8 Elise Mertens and Diana Shnaider. Other seeded teams included Anna Danilina and Aleksandra Krunić, Guo Hanyu and Kristina Mladenovic, and Hsieh Su-wei and Jeļena Ostapenko.
The doubles draw contained 32 teams, so the eight seeded pairings represented one quarter of the field. Marie Bouzková and Linda Nosková won the title without being among those eight listed seeds.
Bouzková and Nosková defeated Magali Kempen and Alexandra Panova 6–1, 6–2 in the final on 22 August 2026. The result ended a tournament in which the top-seeded Siniaková–Townsend team exited in the second round.
