Star Wars: Squadrons supports 10 players in a full multiplayer match. Its Dogfight mode is a team deathmatch in which two five-player teams battle among starfighters from the New Republic and Galactic Empire.
The game also includes Fleet Battles, another 10-player format. In that mode, two teams of up to five pilots attempt to destroy the opposing fleet’s capital ship while pushing the frontline across the battlefield. Thus, “10” describes the complete match capacity, not the number of players on one side.
A common mix-up comes from confusing team size with total players: each team has five pilots, but the match has 10 players altogether. Squadrons was released in 2020 and emphasizes first-person cockpit combat, with cross-platform multiplayer and optional virtual-reality support on compatible versions.
