The 2026 United States Semiquincentennial coinage program includes five commemorative quarters.
The quarter series is part of a broader set of anniversary coins struck to recognize 250 years of American independence. The program also includes a dime, half dollar, and one-dollar coin, along with anniversary-related treatment for other issues.
The commemorative quarter designs are separate from the American Women Quarters Program, which honors individual American women through its own sequence of designs. Both programs were authorized through federal coin legislation, but they serve different commemorative purposes.
