Answer

Answer
love
The lyric “All you need is…” is completed by “love” in the Beatles’ 1967 song “All You Need Is Love.”
John Lennon wrote the song, credited to the Lennon–McCartney partnership, for Our World, the first live international television program transmitted by satellite. The Beatles performed it from EMI Studios in London on 25 June 1967, reaching an estimated audience of more than 400 million people in 25 countries.
Its deliberately simple wording was designed to communicate across language barriers and became closely associated with the Summer of Love and the counterculture of the late 1960s. The song was released as a single in July 1967, with “Baby, You’re a Rich Man” as its B-side, and later appeared on the US version of Magical Mystery Tour.
Listeners sometimes confuse the title with the song’s repeated closing idea, which reverses the word order. Both phrases point to the same central message, but the quiz prompt quotes the title’s opening wording.
