During which Taylor Swift tour did “august” appear in the live set?

Taylor Swift performed “august” during The Eras Tour, her sixth concert tour.

The Eras Tour ran from 2023 to 2024 and was designed as a career-spanning concert, with sections representing different Swift albums and musical periods. “august” appeared in the Folklore portion, alongside other songs from the album.

The tour helped reinforce the song’s public identity beyond the annual online trend. Live performances gave fans a shared setting for a track that had already become associated with late-summer memories, fictional storytelling, and the atmosphere of Folklore.

A common mix-up is placing the song on the Reputation Stadium Tour or the Red Tour. Those tours supported earlier albums. “august” could not have appeared in their original album-era setlists because Folklore was released in 2020, after both tours.
