By the end of the 2023 Worlds, Simone Biles had won six World all-around titles.
Biles won her first four titles in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018, then added a fifth in 2019. After missing the 2021 Worlds while taking time away from competition, she returned to win the 2023 all-around final in Antwerp, Belgium.
Her 2023 victory made her the only gymnast besides Japan's Kōhei Uchimura to win the World all-around title six times. It also helped make Biles the most decorated gymnast in Olympic and World Championship history. The count refers specifically to World Championships all-around titles, not her Olympic all-around gold medals or U.S. national titles.
