At the 2021 Grammy Awards, which prize did Taylor Swift’s album folklore win?

At the 2021 Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift’s album folklore won Album of the Year.

The victory came at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, held on March 14, 2021. It made Swift the first woman to win Album of the Year three times, following earlier victories for Fearless and 1989.

folklore also received nominations in several other categories. “cardigan” was nominated for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance, while “exile” competed for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. The album’s win was therefore broader than recognition for “august” alone.

The award is sometimes confused with Best Pop Vocal Album, another category in which folklore was nominated. The album did not win that prize; its major Grammy victory was the ceremony’s top album honor.
