A Hershey’s Kiss combined with white confectionery is called a Hershey’s Hug.
HERSHEY’S HUGS are striped candies made with milk chocolate and a contrasting white creme center or layer. The white portion visually appears to wrap around, or “hug,” the chocolate, giving the candy its name. Hershey introduced HUGS as a variation on its familiar KISSES brand.

Hershey’s product labeling generally calls that ingredient white creme rather than technically describing it as white chocolate.
HUGS are also popular in baking, especially in cookie recipes where the candy is placed on a baked cookie while it is still warm. Their combination of milk chocolate and sweet white creme makes them a recognizable alternative to the original milk-chocolate Kiss.
